To sell multimillion dollar condos that were far from finished during the bottom of the crash, we bucked real estate rendering convention, created the building in miniature, complete with a model apartment styled by the real interior designer, Zac Posen, and shot the story of a group of very interesting models who lived in all of the rooms at once.
